At Carat & Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your fashion items, you may return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization Number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside the box.
Attach Shipping Label
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous delivery barcodes are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
